OK besides that

The last couple of days hav ebeen pretty awesome. We had to completley free days where I bought most of my stuff I wanted to and also caught up on some sleep. We also went to a barbaque at one of the professors house's from Santa Maria, and pretty much I ate the best tasting sausage I have ever had. In Santiago today I got some really good pictures. And the next coupe of days will be just as nice. I'm getting good use out of this new camera, almost 200 pictures already.

Companies

Today we went to a winery and a LAN airlines maintenance facility. The winery was a lot of fun but it wasn´t as useful to me as LAN airlines. I really enjoyed going to LAN because it reassured me that if I were to co-op or work for an airline I would be able to be happy.

Also, the coach bus drivers here are better drivers than anyone back home. They make those buses go around turns and in places that I can´t even drive my car.

First Couple of days in Chile

The first few days here have been tiring but fun. Along with just getting to hang out and explore the city the first day we have gone out to a kareoke bar with Arturro, the student in charge of showing us around. We spent 4 hours on a tour where I got a bunch of good pictures. Besides that we have had 4 lectures that have been a little rough especially since they have more to do with the business aspect of the trip. I'm looking forward to the company visits.

One more random fact: there are an amazing number of stray dogs around here. No one notices them or really cares they are around.
